1954 Mercury Factory Installed 256 ci V-8 Y-Block 161 HP

1954 Mercury factory-installed engine (still in vehicle), 256 cubic inch, 161 horsepower, with all accessories; also 3- speed manual transmission with all attachments, linkage and shift lever (3-on-tree).  Runs well, odometer shows 84,000 miles (turned over at least once?).  Upgrading my Merc to small block Ford 302ci EFI Engine + Tremec T-5 5-speed transmission for long distance road trips.  Will have video available soon with old engine running in the Merc, also many pics.  Pickup won't be available until new engine installed (at mechanic's garage now), will clean it up then and add new pictures.  I really don't know the value of these items, and will modify the price (up or down) as inquiries arrive and I learn more about its value.  When available, engine will be on stand, at residence in Altoona, PA.  Narrative and full details to interested persons by e-mail after initial inquiry.
